50-minute teletherapy sessions

accelerated resolution therapy (art)

$150 per hour

-1st session, up to 60 min to explore problem symptoms and begin process of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

-2nd session - ART, lasts up to 2 hours — THis is where the magic happens!

-3rd session - up to 60 min follow up — explore what improvements have already occured, continue process for further relief if needed, make a plan for additional work if desired

-additional sessions of art depending on progress made and individual goals
